Watchers

Courtesy of :iconhetyife: :) Thank you, dear!

RULES:
1. You must post the rules.
2. Each person must post 5 things about themselves in their journal.
3. Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post, and create 11 new questions for the people you tag to answer.
4. You have to choose 11 people to tag and post their icons in the journal.
5. Go to their page and tell them you have tagged them.
6. No tag backs.
7. No stuff in the tagging section about "you're tagged if you're reading this." You legitimately have to tag 11 people

(boy, is that all?)

QUESTIONS:

1) What 5 things about yourself are you most proud?
I'm breaking a rule, but, I actually can't name five. And I'm not saying that to sound conceited. I suppose, at the moment, I'm most proud of the way I've managed to learn how to handle various situations. Situations I didn't know I could handle until I was in them.

2) What is the origin of your user name?
Well, the short version is: the A-Team broadsided me with it's awesomesauce and infected everything I was doing; reading, watching, and creating. (See #9 for the rest of my origin story)

3) Which artist has influenced you the most?
I don't really have one.

4) What medium of art do you wish you were better at?
To be honest, I have no idea. I do wish I could draw people as easily as my sister does.

5) Doc Brown has just pulled up outside your house in the time-travelling DeLorean and is offering you a free lift to any era. Where do you go?
That's easy, I'd choose the 1950's. And no, I'm not being funny. I really mean it.

6) Is there any musical artist or album that has influenced or had a profound effect on you?
Well, I can't name a specific artist/album, but I can list those songs that were/are important in my life for one reason or another. Lesley Roy's 'Thinking Outloud', Elvis Presley's 'Blue Suede Shoes', the Cranberries 'Copycat', Worth Dying For's 'Infiltrate', and Coldplay's 'Every Tear is a Waterfall', have all been there when I needed them.

7) What is your favourite piece of art that you have ever done (either on DeviantArt or privately)?
I have a quick sketch I did once of my newborn baby brother while he was sleeping in his cradle. I was thirteen at the time so it's not very good, but it's special.

8) What is one thing that you couldn't live without?
My family (does that count?).

9) How did you discover DeviantArt and subsequently make you want to join?
I knew about it through my sister, and I piggy-backed on her account for awhile, uploading things, but when I got into the A-Team and started making posters/manips for it, I decided it was time for me to get my own account. And that explains my user name. I moved out because of the A-Team.

10) Favourite book(s)?
The Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz hands down. Then the Black Stallion series by Walter Farley, and the Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien.

11) And finally, you are mystically endowed with the power to make one fictional character of your choice a real, living person; this can be someone from a film, TV show, book, painting, comic, myth etc. Who do you choose and why?
Peter Bishop from the tv show 'Fringe' (Fox). Why? Because, he's the only fictional character I ever said I'd marry. And with good reason. What other man would love three different versions of the same women, pull himself back into existence to be with her, and willingly sacrifice himself multiple times (and in different ways) to keep her safe, healthy, and happy?! Plus, he's freakin adorable, a huge geek, and wears a mean black peacoat!

:iconuntroubledheart: :iconthe-ruffian: :iconthatkliqkid: (sorry, I don't know anyone else who hasn't been tagged recently!)

My Questions:
1) What are 5 personality traits you're most proud of?
2) Who is the first tv show/movie male character you ever had a crush on?
3) Name a song (or lyrics from one) that best describes your life at the moment. And why?
4) Where would you like to go on vacation this summer? Where are you really going on vacation this summer?
5) Name an actor/actress whose work you've seen the most of.
6) What are your greatest artistic inspirations (eg. websites, pictures, places, music, books)?
7) When or where do you get your best artistic ideas (eg. while sleeping, in the park, during school)?
8) What tv show, movie, or book character are you most like in real life? And why?
9) What is your dream job?
10) If you could go back in time, and spend a day in any era with just one person, when would it be and who would it be with?
11) Why did you answer the above questions?
  • Listening to: The Cranberries
  • Reading: Catching Fire
  • Watching: Elvis! James Dean!
  • Drinking: Coffee
